Abstract:
In the present invention, a rotary frame (5) has a rotary shaft (50) that extends in the vertical direction. A jig (6) is provided in the outer peripheral portion of the rotary frame (5). The jig (6) is provided so as to be able to circulate about a support shaft (53b) that extends in the horizontal direction which intersects with the rotary shaft (50). A first reinforcing frame (7) that extends upward from a floor surface is provided to the side of the rotary frame (5). A second reinforcing frame (8) that extends horizontally from the top end of the first reinforcing frame (7) towards the rotary frame (5) side is provided, and the extending tip of the second reinforcing frame (8) pivotally supports the top end of the rotary shaft (50).
