Title:
WORK TOOL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/142092
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a technology that contributes to further improvement of a transmission mechanism for transmitting motive power in a work tool which performs processing work on a workpiece by driving a tipped tool. According to the present invention, a vibration tool 1 is provided with a motor 20, a spindle 30, and a transmission mechanism 4. The transmission mechanism 4 is configured to transmit motive power generated by driving of the motor 20 to the spindle 30, and to turn back and forth the spindle 30 within a prescribed angular range around an axis line A1. The transmission mechanism 4 incudes: links 41-44 each having a link hole therein; and columnar pins 46-49. The link holes are each formed so as to have a circular shape in a cross-section orthogonal to the axis line, and are each encircled by an inner wall surface that is configured to constitute a transmissive surface capable of performing transmission of motive power with respect to the pins 46-49. The pins 46-49 being inserted in the link holes are configured to perform transmission of motive power with respect to the links 41-44 in a direction orthogonal to the axis line of the corresponding link holes.
