Abstract:
This work vehicle control device is provided with a forwards/backwards movement control unit and a travel mode control unit. The forwards/backwards movement control unit controls forwards/backwards movement of the work vehicle. The travel mode control unit carries out one of multiple modes, which include at least a manual travel mode in which the work vehicle moves forwards/backwards in response to operation of an operation tool provided in the work vehicle, and an autonomous travel mode in which forwards/backwards movement of the work vehicle is controlled independently of operation of the operation tool. The travel mode control unit carries out autonomous travel mode by satisfying an autonomous travel start condition. A forwards/backwards switching operation tool can switch at least between a forward position, a neutral position and a backward position. The autonomous travel start condition can be satisfied if the forwards/backwards switching operation tool is in the forward position.
