Abstract:
 Provided are: a parent travel path calculation unit for calculating the travel path of a parent work vehicle (1P) from the detection position of the parent vehicle (1P); a child travel target calculation unit for calculating the target travel position of a child work vehicle (1C) from the travel path of the parent work vehicle (1P); a parent parameter generation unit whereby parent work operation parameters related to the work operation performed by the parent work vehicle (1P) are generated in linkage with the detection position; a child parameter generation unit for generating, on the basis of the parent work operation parameters, child work operation parameters for the child work vehicle (1C) linked to the target travel position of the child work vehicle (1C); and a steering control unit for driverlessly steering the child work vehicle on the basis of the child work operation parameters and the detection position and target travel position of the child work vehicle (1C).
