Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a vehicle body which has a main switch; a seat which is provided in the vehicle body and has a seat belt; a seat detection unit which detects the seating state of an operator on the seat; a seat belt detection unit which detects the fastening state of the seat belt; a detection circuit which forms and holds a predetermined energization state if the seat belt detection unit detects the fastening state before the seat detection unit detects the seating state in a state in which the main switch is off; and a determination unit which determines a procedure error if the detection circuit is holding the predetermined energization state when the main switch is turned on.
