Abstract:
This work vehicle comprises an engine, a hydraulic actuator, a first hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, a second hydraulic pump, an accumulator, and a pump control unit. The hydraulic actuator drives a work machine. The first hydraulic pump supplies hydraulic fluid, by way of the engine being driven, to the hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic motor drives a fan. The second hydraulic pump supplies hydraulic fluid, by way of the engine being driven, to a first oil passage that guides the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic motor. The accumulator is connected to the first oil passage. The pump control unit controls the volume of hydraulic fluid discharge to the first oil passage by the second hydraulic pump. The pump control unit has a load determining unit and a regulating unit. The load determining unit determines whether the load state of the work machine is high or low. The regulating unit regulates so that the volume of hydraulic fluid discharged to the first oil passage by the second hydraulic pump is less than the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid flowing to the hydraulic motor when the load determining unit determines that the load state of the work machine is high.
