Abstract:

The present invention enables a high static transmission (HST) vehicle to move in a state in which engine speed is restricted. The present invention is a work vehicle provided with: an engine; a hydraulic pump driven by the engine; a hydraulic motor that is driven by pressurized oil discharged from the hydraulic pump and that drives wheels; an HST circuit in which the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are connected in a closed circuit; a reducing agent sensor for detecting the state of a reducing agent used for exhaust purification of the engine; and an engine restriction unit for restricting the engine speed on the basis of the output of the reducing agent sensor. The work vehicle is characterized by being provided with a control unit that, when it is determined that the engine speed has been restricted by the engine restriction unit, changes the tilt angle of the hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor independently of the engine speed to a tilt angle associated with the minimum traveling driving force required for the work vehicle to run freely.
