Abstract:
Provided is a work vehicle wherein, with regard to a lockup release operation, the determination of a condition in which the load increases during operation of the vehicle can be made with a small number of sensors. When an input shaft (47a) and an output shaft (47b) of a torque converter (47) are coupled by means of a lockup device 46, a negative control pressure detected by a second pressure detector (74) is equal to or less than a prescribed threshold value, and the rotation speed of an engine 41 as detected by an engine rotation speed detector (62) is equal to or less than a prescribed threshold value, a vehicle body controller (61) releases the connection of a lockup device 46, thereby releasing the coupling of the input shaft (47a) and the output shaft (47b).
