Abstract:
In a wheel loader (1) according to the present embodiment, a support section (42) rotatably supports a joystick lever (51). A base plate (71) is rotatably supported by the support section (42). A biasing section (44) biases the joystick (51) toward a predetermined position with respect to the base plate (71). A position adjustment section (45) adjusts the rotation angle of the base plate (71) with respect to the support section (42). An absolute lever angle sensor (26) detects a detected value θi_detect for the lever angle of the joystick lever (51) with respect to the support section (42). A motor drive control unit (110) controls the position adjustment section (45) on the basis of a detected value θs_detect for a vehicle body frame angle. A steering control unit (120) controls steering cylinders (21, 22) on the basis of the difference between the detected value θs_detect for the vehicle body frame angle and a detected value θic_detect for a converted lever angle corresponding to the detected value θi_detect for the lever angle.
