Abstract:
When rotating operation of a joystick lever (51) in a predetermined direction with respect to a base plate (71) is performed in a wheel loader (1) according to the present embodiment, a biasing section (44) causes reaction force corresponding to the absolute value of the relative lever angle θd of the joystick lever (51) with respect to the base plate (71) to be generated when the absolute value of the relative lever angle θd is smaller than an angle θ2. When the absolute value of the relative lever angle θd is the angle θ2, the reaction force is increased to F2, and after the reaction force in the angle θ2 reaches F2, reaction force corresponding to the relative lever angle θd is generated.
