Abstract:
An operation unit (25) in a wheel loader (1) comprises a joystick lever (51), a support section (42), a base plate (71), a biasing section (44), and a position adjustment section (45). The biasing section (44) biases the joystick (51) toward a predetermined position with respect to the base plate (71). The position adjustment section (45) adjusts the rotation angle of the base plate (71) with respect to the support section (42). An absolute lever angle sensor (26), a base plate angle sensor (101), and a second calculation unit (114) detect a detected value θd_detect for the relative lever angle of the joystick lever (51) with respect to the base plate (71). A motor drive control unit (110) sets torque on the basis of the detected value θd_detect for the relative lever angle and uses the torque to control the position adjustment section (45) on the basis of a detected value θs_detect for a vehicle body frame angle.
