Abstract:
An upper limit of a target steering torque of a steering motor is set to a predetermined value P1 that is smaller than a torque which can be generated when a passenger operates a steering wheel, and a controller, when an operation mode of a dump truck is an automatic operation mode, calculates a deviation distance d1 from a traveling route of the dump truck stored in advance on the basis of a position of a vehicle calculated by a GPS receiver and the traveling route, and when the deviation distance is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold K1, switches the operation mode of the dump truck to a manual operation mode.
