Abstract:
Provided is a work vehicle that is capable of reducing fuel consumption while maintaining work efficiency. A wheel loader 1 comprising a vehicle body controller 5, 5A that controls an engine 41, wherein the vehicle body controller 5, 5A limits the upper-limit speed of the engine 41 on the basis of: the accelerator pedal depression amount α; the brake pedal depression amount β; the torque converter speed ratio e, which is the rotational speed ratio of a torque converter 42; the discharge pressure P1 of a loading hydraulic pump 44; and the stroke S1 of a lift arm cylinder 22 or the stroke S2 of a bucket cylinder 24.
