Abstract:
Disclosed are a workbench having a magnetic attraction clamping type follow-up clamping shoe and a machining center thereof, the workbench comprising a rack (1), a material preparation platform (2), a mirror plate (3), a material receiving shoe stack (4), a transposition shoe stack (5), a discharging shoe stack (6), a follow-up shoe (7), a follow-up palm (8) and an unloading port (9). The workbench is applied to the machining center. In addition, the workbench also comprises a conveyer belt (10), cutters (11), manipulators (12), an illumination lamp (13), a camera (14) and a controller (15). In the workbench and machining center, the flexible and reliable clamping, feeding and transposition of flexible flaky workpieces are achieved by using a transposition mechanism of the cooperation between multiple shoe stacks and a magnetic clamping force generated by electromagnets between a follow-up palm and a follow-up shoe provided at mechanical finger ends; in addition, the workbench may be widely used in the shoemaking, furniture and handicraft fabricating industries and has the advantages of having a simple mechanism, reliable clamping, convenient transposition, low costs and so on.
