Disclosed is a working apparatus for a construction machine, wherein a link is connected to frame lugs by means of a fixing pin so as to be rotatable, the frame lugs being formed on the outside of a bucket to face each other. The present invention provides a working apparatus for a construction machine, the working apparatus comprising: frame lugs formed on the outside of a bucket to face each other; a boss secured to the outside of one of the frame lugs and having a protrusion protruding from the inner circumferential surface thereof, the protrusion having a coupling hole formed therethrough; a fixing pin for rotatably connecting a link of the working apparatus to the frame lugs, the fixing pin having a helical guide formed to be symmetric with respect to a coupling hole formed through one end of the fixing pin, wherein, when the fixing pin is coupled to and pressed against the boss, the fixing pin is rotated by a predetermined angle by means of the helical guide making contact with the protrusion, and thus the coupling hole of the boss is aligned with the coupling hole of the fixing pin; and a fastening member fastened to the coupling hole of the boss and the coupling hole of the fixing pin to prevent the fixing pin from being separated from the frame lugs.
