Abstract:
Disclosed is a working device in a water chamber, comprising a base fixed to the tube plate face, holding a heat transmission tube provided on the tube plate face, and a manipulator connected to the base, suspended in the water chamber. The base is provided with a base body connected to the manipulator, a wing which can be displaced forward and backward against the base, and a clamper which is arranged on the wing, clamp-holding the heat transmission tube, while being inserted in the heat transmission tube.
