Abstract:
An openable and closable, swingable cover body is provided on a turning body such that even when the turning body turns in a state, in which the cover body is opened, possible breakage of the cover body and an obstacle caused by collision therebetween is avoided. When the cover body (8) is in an open posture, it is set not to move out of a turning path (S) of an upper turning body (3).
