Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a working machine provided with an electric load application means and capable of burning particulate matter trapped by a filter of an exhaust gas purification device even when an electrically-driven system including an electric assist motor and an electric storage device breaks down. [Solution] The present invention is configured to be provided with a selection control means which is configured from an electric load application means for increasing the temperature of exhaust gas by applying a load to an engine (2) by causing an electric assist motor (23) to perform a power generation operation by a load application means for applying the load to the engine (2) such that the temperature of the exhaust gas becomes a temperature required to burn particulate matter, and a hydraulic load application means for increasing the temperature of the exhaust gas by applying a load to the engine (2) by increasing the discharge pressure of a variable displacement hydraulic pump (4), and performs control processing for selectively operating the electric load application means and the hydraulic load application means.
