A motor grader (1) is provided with: a rear frame (12); a front frame (11) connected to the rear frame (12) so as to be capable of pivoting; a working device (40) mounted to the front frame (11); a motor (80) disposed on the front frame (11); a differential device (90) connected to the motor (80); and left and right drive shafts (100a, 101a) connected to the differential device (90). The motor (80) is disposed in front of the working device (40).
