The working wheel comprises a main disc (1) in which the angle (beta) between its internal surface (5) and the plane (p) perpendicular to the axis (0-0) of the wheel's rotation is smaller than the angle (alpha) between its external surface (4) and the same plane (p) by 0.5-1�.
