Abstract:
A supporting frame (53) rotates a jig (6) about a first horizontal shaft (53b). The jig (6) has a first fitting hole (69a). The supporting frame (53) is provided with: a hanging plate (12d) that is hung such that the hanging plate can freely rotate about a second horizontal shaft (12f); and a sliding bar (82). The hanging plate (12d) has a through hole (12e). The sliding bar (82) has: a thick bar section (82b) that fits in the first fitting hole (69a) by means of a sliding operation toward one side; and a thin bar section (82a) that is inserted into the through hole (12e) by means of a sliding operation toward the other side.
