Abstract:
A workpiece holding jig (30), which is capable of holding a workpiece having a surface to be processed and being electrically connected to a rectifier, comprises: at least one conductive support part (521, 522) that can conduct a current in conjunction with the rectifier; at least on clamping part (510, 520) that is supported by the support part and clamps at least a portion of the edge of the workpiece; at least one conductive dummy plate that is supported by the support part, and is positioned so as to be near a region of the edge of the workpiece that is not held by the clamping part; and at least one insulation plate (630, 630A, 630B) that is movably supported by at least one surface of the dummy plate so as to cover the one surface and that adjusts the exposed conductive area of the dummy plate.
