Abstract:
A workpiece inspection device 1 is provided with: a table 3; an image fixing unit 7; a first light projection unit 4; a second light projection unit 5; a linear motion mechanism 8; a rotary motion mechanism 9 for rotating an imaging unit 6 freely with respect to the image fixing unit; a quality assessment part 10; and a control unit 11. The control unit 11 includes: a first photography step for emitting light using the first light projection unit 4 and carrying out photography using the imaging unit 6; a detailed inspection portion-assessing step for setting, as a detailed inspection-requiring portion, a portion of a workpiece 2 that is determined to require detailed inspection on the basis of the image photographed in the first photography step; a second photography step for irradiating the detailed inspection-requiring portion of the workpiece 2 with light using the second light projection unit 5 and carrying out photography using the imaging unit 6; and a quality assessment step for assessing the quality of the detailed inspection-requiring portion on the basis of the image photographed in the second photography step.
