Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a workpiece processing device wherein multiple types of workpiece processing can be easily performed, including dust collection, and the entire workpiece processing device, which includes a dust collection device in the vicinity of a processing location, has been made more compact; additionally, to provide a workpiece processing device wherein the durability of the dust collection device can be maintained and the dust collection location of the dust collection device can be easily changed; furthermore, to provide a workpiece processing device with increased workpiece processing efficiency. [Solution] A workpiece processing device 1 comprising: a multi-joint robot 3; a rotating section 7 that is rotatably connected to a tip end of the multi-joint robot 3, and has a plurality of shafts 9a, 9b extending in a radiating manner in relation to the multi-joint robot 3; a dust collection device 11 that is connected to a tip end of the shaft 9a, and collects dust that is in the vicinity of a workpiece W; and a CCD camera 13 that is connected to a tip end of the shaft 9b, and performs different processing from that of the dust collection device 11.
