Abstract:
The workpiece protection sheet according to the present disclosure is used in a state of being, between a suction table and a workpiece, suctioned to the suction table when the workpiece on the suction table is pressed. The workpiece protection sheet according to the present disclosure is provided with a base layer and an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene porous layer, and has, in the thickness direction, a ventilation degree of at least 4000 sec/100 mL in terms of a Gurley ventilation degree conforming to the ventilation measurement B method defined by JIS L1096, when the ventilation degree is measured with the base layer side set as the upstream side of an air flow during the measurement. A to-be-suctioned surface with respect to the suction table is formed of the base layer. A contact surface with respect to a workpiece is formed of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene porous layer. With the workpiece protection sheet according to the present invention, the releasability of a pressed workpiece can be improved.
