Abstract:
A workpiece retaining mechanism (1) comprises: a first support body (11) that has a first face (11a); a second support body (12) that has a second face (12a); a third support body (13) that has a third face (13a) positioned closer to the second face side than the first face and positioned at a height corresponding to the bottom edge of the first face; a fourth support body (14) that has a fourth face (14a) positioned closer to the first face side than the second face and positioned at a height corresponding to the bottom edge of the second face; a fifth support body (15) that has a fifth face (15a), on one end of the first face in a first direction, positioned closer to the second face side than the first face and positioned higher than the third face; and a sixth support body (16) that has a sixth face (16a), on the end of the second face that faces the other end of the first face in the first direction, positioned closer to the first face side than the second face and positioned higher than the fourth face. At least one of the third face and the fourth face comprises one face or a plurality of faces extending in the first direction.
