Provided is a workpiece supply device with which, when a sheet of workpiece is bent to form rising portions at the front and rear of the sheet, the interval dimension of the rising portions can be decreased. A workpiece supply device which supplies a press brake with a sheet of workpiece comprises: a base frame 13 which is moveable in X-, Y-, and Z-axis directions with respect to the press brake 3, and which is disposed with both ends of a guide member 15 in the Y-axis direction protruding in the Y-axis direction; a slider 17 which is capable of being positioned at the ends of the guide member 15, and which is moveable along the guide member 15; and a workpiece holding unit 19 which is disposed at the center in the Y-axis direction of the slider 17, and which is capable of holding the workpiece W.
