Abstract:

A workpiece support device (1) is provided with a jig (2), a table (4), a rotating shaft, a support member, a flow passage connection device, and a supply-side connection unit (91). The jig (2) has a main flow passage through which a fluid required for processing flows and a sub flow passage (F2) different from the main flow passage, and secures a workpiece (W). The table (4) has a table flow passage communicating with the main flow passage, and the jig (2) is attached to the table (4). The rotating shaft has a rotating shaft flow passage communicating with the table flow passage, and is secured to a rotation table (41) or a tilt table (42) of the table (4). The support member supports the rotating shaft rotatably. The flow passage connection device connects the rotating shaft flow passage of the rotating shaft and a supply flow passage communicating with a fluid supply side relatively rotatably about the axis of the rotating shaft. The supply-side connection unit (91) can communicate with and disconnect the sub flow passage (F2) by moving relative to the jig (2), and allows the supplied fluid to flow therethrough.
