Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a workpiece transfer apparatus and a workpiece transfer method, whereby inside of a workpiece can be efficiently cleaned without providing an extra cleaning apparatus; and a machine tool, whereby low cost can be achieved, and a burden with respect to maintenance can be reduced.
[Solution] A workpiece transfer apparatus (100) that transfers a cylindrical workpiece (W) is provided with: a chuck (12) that holds the workpiece (W); and a nozzle (15) that is disposed to the chuck (12) such that a fluid (FL) is discharged from the chuck (12) side toward the inner side (Wa) of the workpiece (W) held by means of the chuck (12).
