Abstract:

A medical imaging device according to a disclosed embodiment comprises: an X-ray source for irradiating an X-ray to an object; an X-ray detector for obtaining projection data by detecting an X-ray irradiated from the X-ray source; and an image processing unit for reconstructing the projection data on the basis of a motion parameter indicating a motion of at least one of the object, the X-ray source, and the X-ray detector, and applying a waiting process to the reconstructed projection data, so as to generate a medical image.
