A wound hemostatic device having a repeated drug administration function (100), comprising a control unit (1), a tourniquet bandage (2), and a connection tube (3). The control unit (1) comprises a hemostatic agent storage portion (10) and a hemostatic agent driving portion (12). The tourniquet bandage (2) comprises a bandage body (20) and a hemostatic agent guide tube (22). The hemostatic agent driving portion (12) and the hemostatic agent guide tube (22) are connected by means of the connection tube (3). The hemostatic agent storage portion (10) is used for holding a hemostatic agent. The hemostatic agent driving portion (12) is used for driving the hemostatic agent to the hemostatic agent guide tube (22) by means of the connection tube (3). The surface of the hemostatic agent guide tube (22) is provided with a plurality of circular holes (24). The circular holes are used for guiding the hemostatic agent to a wound on a human body. The present hemostatic device can repeatedly administer drug to a wound, thereby stopping bleeding in a timely manner and accelerating the rate of healing of the wound.
