Abstract:
Provided are a wound thread package and a manufacturing method for the same by which cob-webbing, collapsing during winding out of the thread, or the like is mitigated regardless of whether the wound thread is a multi-filament thread or a tape-like thread. When manufacturing a wound thread package 1 by traverse winding onto a bobbin 2 a plurality of multi-filament threads or tape-like threads having a total fineness per thread of 100 to 6400 dtex, threads constituting a thread layer 3 are wound so as to be disposed alternately with a gap therebetween, with a traverse width w being the same for each of the threads, and the traverse reversal position being changed for each thread.
