Abstract:
Disclosed are a woven and knitted composite structure-based high-temperature resistant environmentally friendly filter material and a preparation method therefor. The filter material is prepared by means of the steps of: spinning fibers into yarns, and then weaving same into a woven and knitted composite structure base cloth (1); and mixing, carding and lapping fibers to form a mixed fiber net, respectively laying same on the upper and lower surfaces of the composite structure base cloth (1), reinforcing the base cloth (1) and fiber nets (2) by oval spines and then finishing same. With regard to the filter material and the preparation method therefor, due to the use of the structural stability and conformability of the woven and knitted composite base cloth and the characteristic of the oval spines causing minor damage to the base cloth, a high-strength and high-temperature resistant filter material is prepared; in addition, the filter material has a compact structure and a high strength, raw materials are saved on and the service life of the filter material is prolonged.
