Abstract:
The present invention relates to a woven stacking-type grinding disc and a manufacturing method therefor, and to a woven stacking-type grinding disc comprising: a first grinding disc paper having dividing cut lines which equally divide and split the circumference thereof into a predetermined number of parts with respect to an imaginary internal circle that is no more than half the size of a circular plate from a center point on the circular plate having a predetermined size, and are cut while respectively and equally dividing and splitting the circular plate from the edge circumference to the internal circumference thereof; cut-line long sides for weaving, which equally divide and split, into a predetermined number of parts, the circumference of an imaginary internal circle that is no more than half the size of a circular plate from the center point on the circular plate having a predetermined size, and are cut while respectively and equally splitting the circular plate from the edge circumference to the internal circumference; a second grinding disc paper which is cut to be no more than half the length of the cut-line long sides for weaving, in parallel to the cut-line long side for weaving in front of same in the counterclockwise direction from the point at which the cut-line long side for weaving and the internal circumference meet, wherein the rear surface of the second grinding disc paper faces forward on the rear surface of the first grinding disc paper, the first and second grinding disc papers are stacked in an overlapping state so that the cut-line long side for weaving of the second grinding disc paper is positioned in the middle between the dividing cut lines of the first grinding disc paper, and the cut-line long sides for weaving of the second grinding disc paper are each fitted to the lower part in the counterclockwise direction between the dividing cut lines of the first grinding disc paper; and a rear adhesive pad attached on the rear surface of the second grinding disc paper, and the present invention weaves and stacks the grinding discs so as to use two layers or more, thereby reducing manufacturing costs for the grinding disc and being very useful.
