A wrist-type apparatus used for health monitoring comprises a physiological parameter measurement device (100), an intelligent matching terminal (200), a first flexible wrist band (300), and a second flexible wrist band (400). The physiological parameter measurement device (100) is used for acquiring a physiological parameter of a human body and sending the physiological parameter to the intelligent matching terminal (200). The intelligent matching terminal (200) is used for connecting to the wireless Internet and uploading the physiological parameter to a background server (201) through the wireless Internet, and is further used for receiving a feedback result for the physiological parameter from the background server (201) through the wireless Internet and displaying the feedback result. The physiological parameter measurement device (100), the intelligent matching terminal (200), the first flexible wrist band (300), and the second flexible wrist band (400) are integrally combined to form an annular wrist-type wearing structure surrounding a wrist of the human body.
