Abstract:
In order to suitably shorten the time until an imaging start-up is enabled after both of an operation console and a scanning room are prepared, an X-ray CT apparatus of the present invention is provided with: an X-ray tube; an X-ray detector; a rotating disk; an image calculating device; a display device; a system control device; an instructing device which is for an operation console and delivers instructions for imaging preparation, start, and stop from the operation console to the system control device; and an instructing device which is for a scan gantry and delivers instructions for imaging preparation, start, and stop from a scanning room to the system control device, wherein the system control device is provided with an imaging preparation control unit for executing a portion of a plurality of imaging preparation processes on the basis of an imaging preparation instruction from the instructing device for the operation console or the instruction device for the scan gantry.
