Abstract:
In the present invention, in order to provide an X-ray CT device capable of reconstructing, at high speed, a tomographic image with little unevenness in image quality from projection data obtained by irradiating a subject with an X-ray, this X-ray CT device is characterized by comprising: a reverse projection phase width setting unit which sets, in each tomographic image, a reverse projection phase width, which is the angular width of the projection data to be used for reconstruction; and a view weight calculation unit which calculates, at each pixel position in the tomographic image, a view weight, which is a weight coefficient by which the projection data within the reverse projection phase width is to be multiplied, and which is a function of a view angle.
