[Solution] An X-ray CT image capturing device 1 which generates CT image information I of an imaging region CA is provided with: a pivoting arm 30 in which an X-ray generator 10 and an X-ray detector 20 are arranged facing one another across a subject M1; an XY table 35 which causes the pivoting arm 30 to move in such a way that a radiation direction of an X-ray cone beam Bx is offset from the center of the imaging region CA; an axial direction modifying mechanism 43 which causes a region to change in a Z-axis direction from a first imaging region R1 imaged first, to a second imaging region R2; a main body control unit 60 which controls the X-ray CT image capture; and a stitched image information generating unit 861b which generates stitched image information Is. The main body control unit 60 is configured to be capable of controlling the XY table 35 and the offset CT image capture, and of controlling the axial direction modifying mechanism 43 to generate first CT imaging information I1 and second CT imaging information I2. The first CT imaging information I1 from which the stitched image information generating unit 861b generates the stitched image information Is is configured from offset CT image information Io.
