Abstract:
A curved array distributed X-ray device, having: a vacuum box (3), sealed about the periphery and the interior thereof being a high vacuum; a plurality of electron emission units (1), configured on the wall of the vacuum box (3) in such a manner as to be arranged in a plurality of rows in the axial direction of the curved surface and facing toward the axis; an anode (2), made of metal and configured in the vacuum box (3) in an arrangement on the axis, comprising an anode tube (202) and an anode target surface (203); a power supply and control system (7), having a high voltage power supply (702) connected to the anode (2), a filament power supply (704) connected to each one of the plurality of electron emission units (1), and a gate control device (703) connected to each one of the plurality of electron emission units (1), and a control system (701) used for controlling each power supply.
