Abstract:
Provided is an X-ray device equipped with a highly-reliable, simply-structured, and high-output X-ray tube. The X-ray device comprises an X-ray tube (300) having: a cathode (310) for emitting electrons (390); an anode (320) with which the electrons (390) emitted from the cathode (310) collide, thereby emitting X-rays (394); a vacuum container (304) internally including a part of the cathode (310) and the anode (320) under vacuum; a housing (302) internally including the vacuum container (304); and a cooling circuit using a coolant (340) that circulates within the housing (302), absorbs part of the heat emitted from the vacuum container (304), and releases part of the absorbed heat to the outside of the X-ray tube (300). The X-ray device further comprises a shield structural body (330) for absorbing, among the electrons (390) emitted from the cathode (310), part of electrons (392) bounced from the anode (320) and a nozzle (332) for ejecting part of the coolant (340) to the shield structural body (330).
