Abstract:
An X-ray direct detector and a method for preparing same. The method for preparing an X-ray direct detector comprises the steps of: dissolving organic urea, an organic ligand, a carbon-group halide metal and a halide salt in an organic solvent, so as to prepare a precursor sol, wherein the halide salt comprises an organic ammonium halide or an alkali halide metal (S10); performing a film formation treatment on the precursor sol on a surface of a substrate, and then performing an annealing treatment, and forming, on the surface of the substrate, a quantum array film layer made of two-dimensional hybrid perovskite (S20); and preparing an electrode layer on the surface of the quantum array film layer that faces away from the substrate, so as to obtain an X-ray direct detector (S30). In the method for preparing an X-ray direct detector, organic urea can inhibit the rapid aggregation and agglomeration of octahedrons in two-dimensional hybrid perovskite; the thickness of a quantum array film layer can reach 100 μm or above; the two-dimensional hybrid perovskite is grown on a surface of a substrate and in an orientation perpendicular to the substrate, so as to form a quantum array film layer having a great thickness and the strong absorption of an X-ray; and the X-ray direct detector has a high detection sensitivity.
