Disclosed are an X-ray image capturing device and method adapted to allow diagnosis and treatment to be carried out relatively accurately and easily while at the same time minimising exposure to X-rays, by irradiating X-rays with the use of pixels corresponding to an X-ray irradiation zone preset with reference to an object, in an array comprising a plurality of pixels.
