Abstract:
A control unit 50 connected to an in-hospital network 59 is provided with: an optimal-center-of-gravity-position-storing unit 52 for storing the appropriate center of gravity position of a test subject within a horizontal plane in order to perform X-ray imaging of the test subject in the correct orientation; a comparison unit 53 for comparing distances between an optimal center of gravity position stored in the optimal-center-of-gravity-position-storing unit 52 and a center of gravity position detected by a center of gravity position detector 20; and an alerting unit 54 for producing an alert signal in the event that that the distance between the appropriate center of gravity position and the detected center of gravity position as compared by the comparison unit 53 equals or exceeds a preset set value.
