Abstract:
In the present invention, a wire rope (55) that is stretched with a prescribed tensile force will develop a slack if cut. At such a time, a pin (71) is pressed towards a movement column (42) by the biasing force of a spring (73) so that the leading end of the pin (71) is brought into contact with the surface of the movement column (42). A support arm (43) then reciprocally moves relative to the movement column (42) and when the pin (71) is at a location facing a hole (65) formed on the surface of the movement column (42), the leading end of the pin (71) enters the hole (65) so that the pin (71) engages with the hole (65). As a result, the support arm (43) becomes affixed to the movement column (42).
