Abstract:
In an X-ray imaging system (1), when imaging an object excluding a mamma by using an X-ray tube (2) applying X-rays of focal point diameter D (μm) to an object (W) and an X-ray detector (31) for recording an X-ray image in accordance with the X-ray dose applied, a phase contrast imaging is performed by setting: a distance (R1) between the X-ray tube (2) and the object (W) to 0.1 ≤ R1 ≤ 2; a distance (R2) from the object (W) to the X-ray detector (31) to 0.3 ≤ R2 ≤ 2; a distance (R3) from the focal point of the X-ray tube (2) to the X-ray detector (31) to 0.8 ≤ R3 ≤ 3; a focal point diameter (D) of the X-ray tube (2) to 5 ≤ D ≤ 200; and a magnification M to 1.5 ≤ M ≤ 20.
