Abstract:
The present invention relates to an X-ray source having cooling and shielding functions. The present invention includes: an X-ray generation unit which has one or more insulating columns and emits an X-ray in the vacuum state; a cooling unit which is formed at the outside of the X-ray generation unit and cools the heat emitted from the X-ray generation unit; and a shielding unit which is formed at the outside of the X-ray generation unit and shields the areas exposed to X-rays except for the area related to the emission of the X-ray.
