Abstract:
Provided is an X-ray tomography device that has a large photography range for which a short data collection time is sufficient. In the present invention, a first X-ray detector has an input surface provided within a plane perpendicular to an X-ray optical axis, and the X-ray optical axis is positioned in a portion of the input surface near the edge of a sensitivity area of the input surface. A second X-ray detector is disposed so that the input surface thereof captures X-rays that have passed through a peripheral part of the photography area of an object of inspection. A sinogram generation unit generates a sinogram that is based on the photography area of the object of inspection and the rotation angle of a sample table and has a plurality of pairs of forward pass areas and reverse pass areas based on the light reception data from the plurality of input surfaces. A data interpolation unit interpolates forward pass area data for parts where no light has been received, formed among the plurality of forward pass areas in the sinogram, by converting data for a plurality of reverse pass areas into forward pass area data.
