Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an X-ray tube device having a structure allowing a reserve presser to slide smoothly in the rotation axis direction, and to provide an X-ray CT device equipped with this X-ray tube device. The invention is characterized by comprising: an anode irradiated by an electron beam to emit X-rays; a rotation shaft bearing supporting the anode so as to be rotatable, and having an external wheel and an internal wheel sandwiching shaft bearing balls therebetween; a reserve pressing spring for applying reserve pressure on the external wheel or the internal wheel in the rotation axis direction; and a reserve presser disposed between the reserve pressing spring and the external wheel or the internal wheel, for averaging the biasing load from the reserve pressing spring. The external wheel or the internal wheel has a step structure for preventing contact between the reserve presser and a surface faced by the sliding surface of the external wheel or the internal wheel.
