Abstract:
The present invention relates to an X-ray tube using non-evaporable getter in order to maintain vacuum, and is to provide the structures of a fixed anode X-ray tube and a rotating anode X-ray tube, having non-evaporable getter. Since the non-evaporable getter is included in the X-ray tubes, although a rated power is immediately applied on the operation of the X-ray tube and thus although gas generated in a filament and cathode-electrode focusing tube and gas generated by a target are added to existing gas, a sufficient amount of gas adsorption is achieved to stably maintain the performance and functions thereof while a high voltage power supply is applied, starting at the moment the high voltage power supply is applied.
