Abstract:
A yarn correction device for textiles, capable of adjusting the yarn feeding height while changing the yarn feeding direction, so that yarn abrasion due to the angle when the yarn leaves a spool or enters a textile machine is avoided, and the quality of textile fabrics would not be affected. The device comprises a sliding rod (10) which is of a cylindrical structure; the sliding rod (10) is supported by a first support (6) and a second support (3) at two ends, and one side of the sliding rod (10) penetrates out of the first support (6); the second support (3) is fitted within the first support (6); outer surfaces of the first support (6) and the second support (3) are provided with several locating holes (5) where the first support (6) and the second support (3) may penetrate; hinge pins (4) penetrate through the overlapped locating holes (5) of the first support (6) and the second support (3); and a base (2) is provided at the lower end of the second support (3). The device is convenient and efficient in use, low in use costs and suitable for yarn correction in a textile manufacturing process.
